The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of the online store must reserve the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of refusal. Such a reservation is called a distance contract ( MK regulations ). Below you can familiarize yourself with the distance agreement, which stipulates our mutual relations.

Distance contract
The seller of the goods offered in this online store is Ligita Ergle, registration no. 08068812272 , legal address Ligatne district, Augsligatne, Osu street 9-1, Latvia on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Agreement:
General terms
- The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.
- General description of the products, the composition is described for each product individually. Product information is subject to change without notice.
- Some of the goods are available for dispatch immediately after payment, which can be viewed in the "Finished products" section of the catalog. Some items are made after receiving the order and will be made within 7-10 working days. In order for the Buyer to find out the exact delivery time for any of the goods, please contact the Seller by writing to [email protected] or contacting us using the contact form in the "Contacts" section.
- In cases where the ordered product is not available or there are problems with the delivery, the Seller will inform the Buyer about this within one working day.
- Product colors in real life may differ from those shown on the Internet due to monitor settings. The placement of the textile balls and the print may vary slightly from those shown in the picture.
- Product prices are listed separately for each product. The seller informs that the prices in the online store are variable. The price may be changed by the Seller without prior notice.
Delivery and payment arrangements
The buyer orders goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The buyer has the option to pay for the product using the payment tools included in the online store or by paying the corresponding invoice prepared by the seller and sent to the buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.
The buyer is responsible for correctly entered delivery data. When ordering the product, the Buyer confirms that he is familiar with the product description, care instructions and all information related to the selected product and published in the product description.
Commission fees (interbank commission, etc.) related to making a transfer to the Seller are covered by the Buyer.
The seller ensures the delivery of the goods within 2-10 working days after the payment for the goods has been received in his bank account.In urgent cases, if the Buyer needs faster dispatch/handover, the Buyer informs the Seller about it by e-mail at [email protected] in order to agree on the possibilities of faster dispatch/handover.
Delivery costs depend on the type of delivery chosen by the Buyer.
Delivery methods are:
- in Augšlīgatne or Sigulda free of charge, after coordinating the time of delivery with the Seller;
- Free delivery for purchases over €70 via Omniva;
- Via Omniva (Latvia) – €2.90;
- Via Omniva (Lithuania, Estonia) - 7.00€;
- Via the DPD parcel locker in Latvia - 2.00€;
- Delivery in the territory of Latvia via Latvian Post, price - 4.00 EUR;
- Delivery on the territory of the European Union countries, through Latvian Post, prices depend on the price calculator of LP shipments;
- Delivery outside the territory of the European Union countries, through Latvian Post, price - prices depend on the price calculator of LP shipments.
The Seller is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of the goods, which is related to the delay of the delivery service provider chosen by the Buyer.
In cases where the delivery was delayed by the Seller, the Seller immediately informs the Buyer about the delay in delivery of the order.
Right of withdrawal
The buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within 7 days after sending the letter of refusal. All expenses incurred in connection with sending the goods back to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.
The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:
- the item is used;
- the ordered goods are made directly for the Buyer according to an individual order;
- the product is soiled, wrinkled or otherwise damaged;
- the item is a sale item or item with a discount;
The sixth part of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee in case the product is damaged, by neglecting the product during use or by not following the instructions in the manual, if the product's original packaging is lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged.
Data processing
By entering the necessary information, when placing the order, the Buyer confirms that he is familiar with and agrees that the data provided by him are used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the legislative requirements of the Republic of Lithuania. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail address.
